Telrite Wireless recently launched a suite of prepaid, postpaid and hybrid wireless products making it easier for the independent retailer to sell complete wireless packages for each subscriber’s usage preferences. The Pure Mobile SuiteTM contains wireless products that are turnkey, pre-packaged and require very little education for an employee to sell. In fact, they’ll practically sell themselves on the shelf with what they offer.
The Pure Mobile SuiteTM includes: Pure MobileTM, which is a postpaid contract-based product without web-connect fee and carries two feature products: OMG, a pennyper- text product and PureProfessional, aimed at corporate accounts; PureXcyteTM has postpaid plans without contracts or credit checks but helps build credit; Pure PrepaidTM offers the best in prepaid rates and some of the lowest international calling with nickel texting; the hybrid product PureXcyteTM has the same great international rates as PurePrepaid, and low text rates. All products are available with Hispanic branding.
Telrite also pays residuals, sells wholesale, offers line bonuses, and spifs. Telrite has been a trusted telecom company since 1989 and started in the Local and Long Distance business through acquisition across the country.
By 2002, they began product development in the Wireless sector after meeting with all the major carriers until ultimately becoming a Verizon MVNO on their CDMA network and an AT&T MVNO on their GSM network.
“We entered Wireless as a seasoned, well disciplined telecom company, not as a marketing idea with no telecom experience,” says Jim Carpenter, VP of Sales. “We differ greatly from most providers in that we understand the importance and need for superior communication, as well having support systems for customers.”
Telrite is one of the few wireless product makers who are actually a telecom utility. As such, they have more to offer the customer in an ongoing relationship than many of the throw away companies that have emerged over the last five years. If a customer is having a technical problem, Telrite’s support services can be reached from anywhere, whether at the point of sale or elsewhere.
Telrite will fix a customer’s problem directly rather than a vendor or customer having to work through a service provider. The company says that they have a solid network and technological platform today.
They believe that the future Telrite will be the envy of the industry and the talent on their team will ensure a robust and flexible platform. “We will be forever expanding our product line,” says Carpenter, “We have invested heavily in our technology and its network to apply solutions that we hear our customers need. We have made our customers part of the decision making process through the years and we deliver quality everyday while remaining price aggressive.”
